The district is one of the most popular in Asnières-Sur-Seine because of its calm, its close proximity to the metro, schools, shops and its pretty residences.

A municipal park is a 5-minute walk away, right next to a restaurant / wine shop.

Thanks to the metro you can easily go to visit Paris and in particular the famous Basilica of the Sacred Heart.

The 18th century is fortunate to have one of the most beautiful mounds in Paris: the Butte Montmartre. If the bravest will dare to brave it on foot, we lend ourselves to the charm of yesteryear by taking the funicular. On the descent, we will walk around the Abbesses, a small village par excellence, where life is good.

The Sacré-Coeur is the second most visited religious monument. If the church itself is sublime, we also savor the view of all of Paris from its forecourt: the Eiffel Tower, typically Parisian roofs. We love to stroll on the sloping lawn.
